Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update prior sending us an email.
We recommend upgrading shipping if you need an item for an event/special occasion.
We currently only ship Internationally to Canada. Due to increased international shipping rates and delays, we limit shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees the carrier may charge before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees, and we do not accept returns.
International orders arrive in about two weeks.
We won't be able to accept returns on any products unless it is damaged. Contact info@riyahana.com and include a photo of the damage(s) within three days of receiving your item(s). We’ll contact you to resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible!
The credits provided will go back to the original form of payment. The initial shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
