We use UPS or USPS for shipping. You will get your shipment within 5-7 business days from your order. If the product is needed as soon as possible, products can be sent via express shipping, typically taking 1-2 days.   You will need to send us an email from the “Contact Us” for priority shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of express shipping.

Please check your shipping address before you place an order. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

No Returns

Riyahana collection always tries to find trendy ethnic wear for the kids. All ethnic wears are handpicked to ensure that kids won’t feel itchy and uncomfortable.

We won't be able to accept returns on any products unless it is damaged. If damaged, our return policy lasts ten working days. Suppose ten working days have gone by since your receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Local in-person purchased outfits in North Carolina are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
